How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

Although we try our best to make sure all of our UK orders arrive next day, *Orders placed before 3 PM ship the same day: Next Day Delivery (0-1 day) if chosen, or Standard Delivery (2-3 days). Pre-orders depend on the estimated dispatch time.
How do I track my item?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on our website login account page or the courier’s site to monitor your item’s progress.
Can I Collect my item in Store?
Yes, in-store collection is available Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. Just inform us before you come, and we’ll arrange it for you. You can also visit without an appointment to browse and test products before buying. We follow UK health and safety rules and regulations.
How much is delivery to my area?
Delivery rates vary by location. For UK Mainland, standard shipping fees apply, while Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and other remote areas may incur additional charges.
