Important Information

48-Hour Large Items: Oversized items, such as the Lencarta C-Stand and 3m Paper Rolls, are shipped on a 48-hour service. These items will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Some common reasons for major delays in UK shipping :

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather, such as storms, heavy rain, or snow, can disrupt transportation networks, delaying road, air, and sea shipments across the UK.
  • COVID-19 Circumstances: Although not ongoing in the same intensity as during the pandemic peak, residual effects like staffing shortages, supply chain backlogs, or updated health protocols can still slow down shipping operations.
  • High Demand Periods: Seasonal peaks, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Easter, often overwhelm carriers, leading to delays in processing and delivery.
  • Customs and Brexit-Related Issues: For shipments involving Northern Ireland, offshore islands, or international destinations, post-Brexit customs checks and paperwork can cause significant holdups.
  • Carrier Capacity and Staffing: Limited vehicle availability, driver shortages, or industrial actions (e.g., strikes) within major carriers like Royal Mail, DPD, or Yodel can hinder timely dispatch and delivery.
