How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. For most UK Mainland orders, our target is next-day delivery. Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control.

UK Mainland

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout:

  • Next Day Delivery: Delivery within 0–1 working day (when selected).
  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 2–3 working days.

Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day, with delivery typically completed within 2 working days.

Scottish Highlands

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day, with delivery usually taking up to 2 working days.

European Union

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery time is 2–6 working days, subject to customs clearance.

Rest of the World

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery time is 8–10 working days, depending on destination and customs processes.

Important Information

48-Hour Delivery for Large Items

Oversized or heavy items, such as the Lencarta C-Stand and 3m Paper Rolls, are shipped using a 48-hour delivery service. These products are clearly labelled on their respective product pages.

While we work closely with our courier partners to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to the following reasons:

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather such as storms, flooding, or snow may disrupt road, air, or sea transport networks.
  • High-Demand Periods: Peak seasons including Christmas, Black Friday, and other promotional events can place increased pressure on courier networks.
  • Customs & Brexit-Related Checks: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and international destinations may be delayed due to additional customs procedures.
  • Carrier Capacity & Staffing Issues: Courier-related challenges such as driver shortages, vehicle availability, or industrial action (e.g. strikes) can affect delivery schedules.
