Payment for pre-ordered or back-ordered items is taken at the time you place your order. This secures your reservation and guarantees that stock will be allocated to you once it arrives. If you change your mind, a full refund is available, simply contact our customer support team.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times for pre-ordered items depend on our suppliers. We provide an estimated arrival date (ETA) whenever possible. Please note that supplier-side delays can sometimes extend the ETA, but rest assured, your order remains secured and will be dispatched as soon as the product is available.
